Sprayer System

The spray application system produces even coverage and can apply up to three different chemicals. These models provide up to a 3.2-to-1 dilution ratio and include metering tips for additional ratio options. The trigger gun has a stainless steel wand and nozzle.

Designed for drum, tote, or wall mounting, each unit draws the chemical from the original shipping or bulk containers. The application system uses no air, only regular water pressure and is ideal for spraying applications within the truck wash industry as well as industrial cleaning applications. The applicator is not a foamer, only an applicator system. The spray application system is useful for all wash products sold by Shumaker Industries.

Brushes and Handles

For best results, EMS truck wash products should be applied by a spray mist system to mixer surfaces and then scrubbed thoroughly with acid-proof brushes. Shumaker Industries offers 8″ wheel brushes, 20″ fender brushes and 8″ wide brushes that can be equipped with a sturdy handle for longer reach scrubbing.

Fat Handle

The Fat Handle™ is the strongest, most durable truck wash handle available. It’s acid-proof tip fits on a 1 1/8″ diameter 6 ft. long handle. These handles are 50% thicker than standard handles, thereby improving grip and increasing ease of use. We recommend that the Fat Handle™ be used with the 8″ wide brushes described above.

Washout Spray Nozzles

Washout/water tank spray nozzles are available to replace a damaged, broken, or missing nozzle.
